How to automate the process of creating shadow copies?

The enterprise needs to automate the process of creating shadow copies. You need to do this in any way, through a script, scheduler or GPO or GPP, most importantly not by third-party means.
The task is that it is necessary to include at all shadow copying and to set the size for shadow copies. But apart from enabling through the GUI, I did not find anything. Thank you!

Rather technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc754968.aspx
Basically, run vssadmin add shadowstorage /for=c: /on=d: /maxsize=900mb on all machines in the domain.

Well GPO and vssadmin will help you. But why do you need this hemorrhagic on clients? Use the full power and power of shadow copies on the server - give users a folder / folders located on a large volume on a server that has shadow copies enabled.
