They gave certificates and access to a machine from which you can connect to a remote server via VPN and turn around as you like. I have never encountered a VPN, tell me please!

Artem Skorobogaty , this is OpenVPN. Install the client from the official site, put the files in C:\Program Files\OpenVPN\config, then select the only connection in the OpenVPN GUI - everything should work.
