Why does the wrong Outlook start?

Hello.
I have Outlook from Office 2016 Professional and Outlook from the App Store installed.
They have two different icons in Start, and an hour ago, when you clicked on them, two different-looking Outlooks with different designs were launched. The second one was launched with the inscription Office 365 on the splash screen.
Suddenly something happened, and in both cases the same application is launched.

What can all this mean?
