Why does the WordPress theme slow down?

There is a theme the7.dream-demo.com/demo/product,
it seems to me that even on this demo it doesn’t open very quickly

It's in the settings or still in the theme itself. And what is better to finish this one (reduce the number of slides and somehow make it easier in general or look for another option)

1) Optimize the theme
2) Remove unnecessary plugins and optimize the necessary ones
3) Set up caching
If all this does not help, then deal with the hoster and server speed

It's most likely a hosting issue. Perhaps also the photos weigh a lot and there are a lot of them. I doubt it's parallax. But it's probably better to do this on a smart framework like codeigniter, wordpress IMHO for other purposes.

Take the plugin

add the main CSS and JS that are critical to the exceptions.
