Why does the wallpaper disappear from the win 10 desktop?

win 10 license. Two monitors.

It's not clear why, but sometimes when highlighting an area with the cursor, it starts to "erase" the wallpaper in favor of the background color (in the personalization settings).
If you click (right-click-refresh), wallpapers will disappear from all screens.
Later, without wallpaper, highlighting areas with the cursor, the background color will be "erased" and wallpaper will appear in its place.
What is the reason for this, how to fix it?

Hmm, is this a standard wallpaper or downloaded from somewhere? Simply if the standard, then check the iron (in particular, the percent with a vidyashka). Try to also play around with the "Personalization" and "Screen Settings" sections. The first step is to remove all unnecessary checkboxes and settings. I also advise you to clean the computer itself from slag and, as already recommended above, clear caching + update drivers. You can scan the PC along the way through cCleaner + there is a standard defragmentation and other complex for optimizing system performance. I also advise you to download wallpapers only from official resources like AksPicor Google Search. If before that I took pictures from sites where all the wallpapers are packed into an archive, then this is not surprising. When unzipping, I could easily pick up a virus, which now loads the system processes ... If there is a virus, take a free utility from another web and do a complete diagnosis. I just download photos only from AskPik or their attachments in the play market. Consider, for two years there were no problems yet ...

Same problem, really annoying. It started with the purchase of a second 4k monitor.
The author of your case is not a Radeon video card?
