Why does the voice go in one direction, Elastix + Mikrotik?
There is an Elastix server behind NAT. I made forwarding on Mikrotik (sip + rtp). On Elastix from the outside, we try to catch on with SoftFon, registration is in progress, but the voice only goes in one direction, the side of Elastix. Can someone tell me which way to dig? =)

Mikrotik can automatically set up SIP. IP - Firewall - Service ports. You need to either disable SIP there, or remove forwarding and externip from the server (and update the router firmware, I had problems on the old one). By the way, you may have forgotten about externip. The SIP server needs to specify the external IP address that it "appears to be".
