Why does the vagrant up command give me an error?

Can you please tell me what is the problem when running the vagrant up command?
the error is displayed: Bringing machine 'mixcart' up with 'virtualbox' provider...
There are errors in the configuration of this machine. Please fix
the following errors and try again:
vm:
* The 'hostmanager' provisioner could not be found.
Vagrant:
* Unknown configuration section 'hostmanager'.
Virtual Box version 5.1.16 / Later versions were installed, but this error still pops up.
The hostmanager itself is installed, version 1.8.7
The version of Vagranta itself is 2.0.2 The
operating system is Wundows 7
Maybe this will somehow affect the solution of the problem, the yii2 advanced framework

Upgrade all three components (especially the vagrant). Part of you is not relevant, and not all such bundles work.
