How to fix ssh connection hanging when working with vagrant from under cmd windows?

Vagrant ssh (homestead ssh) constantly hangs when I work on the local machine.
1-2 minutes it works and hangs - it does not recognize keystrokes, it only helps to cut down the console.
On two machines running under win8.
No one has come across, does not tell what could be the problem?

Is ssh hanging or the machine itself? Are you sure the connection isn't dropping? Try to connect via Xshell
