Why does the "Unable to load user profile" error occur?

There was a need to create an additional user profile.
Created, nothing foreshadowed trouble - as I go into it and the error: "The service" user profile service "could not log in, it is impossible to load the user profile."
In profilelist, no directory is created for the new user.
What can be done about it?
Windows 10 x64
