How to create a system image with the necessary software?

How to create a kind of "distribution" of Windows with the right software?
We are expanding, a large number of new workstations will arrive. How can you automate the process of installing OS and any specific software? Ideally, I inserted, for example, a flash drive with an image in which the actual OS of wines is 7 and software, poked a couple of buttons and voila)

I have been using Acronis True Image for this purpose for 2.5 years now and am very satisfied.
https://www.acronis.com/
This is a powerful program with rich features and flexible customization. Designed for professionals.
In particular, it allows you to save a complete image of the system with the software you need and with the preservation of all user settings (both for the OS and for the software) and the possibility of subsequent installation of all this "on pure hardware".
Like everything good, you have to pay for it - with money and time to study it. But in this case, the investment, I think, is justified.
I bought online:
True Image 2013 by Acronis (English) – 51 EUR
True Image 2013 by Acronis Plus Pack (English) - 30 EUR
Installation disk - 23 euros
Paid via PayPal, received the disk by mail.
This was in 2013. Now there is a more recent version - buy it.
I do not advise you to try to look for free options: backup is not the case when you need to save. In which case (God forbid) you will lose more.
Don't be in a hurry to part with your money. To get started, read articles about Acronis on habrahabr.
Good luck!
Vladislav

@nki

www.acronis.com had something similar. We put the system, remove the "image" and use it the required number of times.

Vadim Sterkin 's article should, in theory, help you. For Windows 7 this thing also works.
