Why does the tunnel interfere with bookkeeping?

I set up a tunnel (FrutVPN), and the system administrator complains that this interferes with accounting (which also works with VPN, because accounting is in another city), because the same port 1723 and 47 are used.
How can this actually interfere, and what can be done to and the VPN for the tunnel worked for me, and did it work for them? Can I fix something with my VPN settings so that other ports are used, or are they rigidly assigned to VPN?
The network is peer-to-peer, server 2003 and my OS is 8.1.

@serge_broker

Port 1723 is PPTP
UDP/TCP 443, 444, 445 ports are OpenVPN
UDP 1701 is L2TP
Use different protocols with different ports.
On the site zoogtv vpn OpenVPN, PPTP, IPSec and L2TP.
