Why does the ticket printer issue empty tickets?

The Datamax o'neil st 3210 ticket printer produces blank tickets at random. Threw configurations of the driver from other machines. Cleaned from dust and dirt. Could there be a problem with the cable (there is no way to replace it yet). I tend to the problem in the brains of the printer itself.

I made 2 parallel sliders, connected them with js, the issue is closed.

But this is an ordinary slider, just stylized a little non-standard. Any slider will do, popular ones are kenwheeler.github.io/slick/
Only instead of photo dots. He also has vertical switching.
