Why does the system manager not give a picture on the monitor?

I turn on the system unit, the indicators light up, the system unit is buzzing, but it does not display a picture on the monitor. I turned off the monitor - everything is in order with it, I tried another monitor - the same situation. VGA ports, no other cable. What could be the problem?

indicators light up, the system unit buzzes

Standby power + 12V went to auxiliary devices. Whether +5V has gone - it is still impossible to say, and in fact this will be the answer to the question.
There are a lot of reasons for this:
- the percent died, the equipment test does not pass
- the mother died, the percent does not start
- the video card died, does not form an image
- the cord to the monitor is broken, the pins are jammed when connecting the connectors
- a BIOS setup error, the system outputs an image only to another video output
. ..
If the computer does not have a beeper - pick it up. Normally working computer in 10-15 seconds. After switching on, it gives out a single beep. If there is a beep - look at the cord, at the power wire to the monitor and check other video outputs, if any.
If there is no beep - gut the computer, pull out everything (including memory) and turn it on. If an intermittent beep starts, then the system has at least recognized that there is no memory. In this case, try replacing the video card. If there is no beep after the memory is pulled out, everything is bad :) There is either a percent or a mother. You can check if the CPU is alive like this - unfasten the cooler and turn it on for a few seconds, holding your finger on the CPU. If the percent starts to warm up - he is alive :)

There are a million and one cart options.
1) The port is dead.
2) The cable is dead.
3) The video chip is dead.
4) Dead percent.
5) Dead RAM.
........
N) You have not plugged in the monitor.

There may be hundreds of problems that have such a description.
The main question is whether the computer beeps 10-15 seconds after turning it on? There should be a short sound.
If it beeps, look in the direction of a bad cable or bad contact.
If it doesn't beep, the problem is much more serious and anything can happen. To begin with, I recommend resetting the BIOS with a jumper (how to do this is in the instructions for your motherboard). If it doesn't help, turn off all devices in sequence - video card, memory one bar at a time - and see when it works. If it works, then the problem is in the disconnected device and it needs to be carried in for repair or replaced.

First of all, it is necessary to achieve verification of the built-in speaker. You can check by pulling out the DDR.
