Internet drops out, why?

There is a pc. msi x370 gaming pro carbon motherboard and dir-825 router. Windows 10. PC drivers and updates are all installed, the router has the latest firmware. PC connected via cable.
Sometimes the Internet disappears, the cable is not connected in the tray. I can't see a clear pattern. It can work fine for 10 minutes, or maybe a couple of hours. It helps to reboot the router and twitch the cord to another port.
How to determine what is the reason?

Variants of the problem:
1. Poorly crimped or damaged cable.
2. Left program or virus (there was such in practice).
3. Problem with the port on the router.
4. Weeds in iron settings.
etc...

On another router (TD-W9977) I had a similar problem, solution: 5a71881b169c0715715693.png
One checkmark is selected on the image (used on another forum), and the second one above is also meant. And the point is - an easy way to prohibit reducing the speed to 10mb / s - you can shovel all the settings. It can be seen that modern chips on the LAN port lead such a decrease to a stupor. It worked for me. You won't be forced to be nice :-).
