Cracks in the power supply, coolers work, black screen. What is the reason?

When you turn it on, a crack immediately starts inside the PSU, the coolers work, the black screen, the railway does not start, the ice backlight does not work, as well as the light in the cable lan, but the router shows that the cable is inserted. Is the problem in the block or in the motherboard?

Well, obviously - BP. The short circuit protection worked, and it’s good that it worked, and didn’t bang with fire and smoke :)
