HP ProLiant DL320 G6 server won't start, how to fix?

Good evening.
The server starts up and shuts down after a couple of seconds. At the same time, the coolers operate at full capacity, the beeper does not emit beeps, and the “Internal health LED” on the front panel lights up red. In the server documentation, this LED state corresponds to the critical state of the server ("System health is critical"). It also says that the motherboard LEDs ("System board LEDs") should indicate a failed component, but none of them indicate an error. On the motherboard, led36 is red and led34 is orange. But there is no information about their purpose either in the documentation or on the Internet.
We tried to change the PSU to another and reset the NVRAM through the S6 switch - it did not help.
Where to dig?

Usually, if something does not start, then you need to remove all the peripherals, if any, turn off the extra memory (in your case, there should be an even number of strips inserted into the slots of the same number = signed or marked with a color) leaving a minimum. Perhaps the BIOS has moved out, then you can switch to the reserve bank with jumpers, it is also possible that the BIOS error log is full - we are also looking for a jumper and go to the reserve bank.
