Why does the system manager not give a picture?

I turn on the system unit, the cooler is buzzing, but there is no power at the output at all: neither the monitor nor the keyboard and mouse work. There is no speaker in the system unit, there is no video card either; and the internet cable sends an orange signal. What could be the problem here?

Call a specialist or take the computer to the service. Judging by your description of the problem, it's better for you not to climb yourself. And then instead of orange signals, white smoke will go.
What cooler is buzzing? In the PSU, on the processor, on the case? Coolers should rotate, not hum.
Which output has no power at all?
There are no spare parts, no speaker, tester (check the power supply) most likely too. What's the point of messing around?

Memory, processor or vidyuha. Connect a speaker for reliable detection.
Prophylactically rebuild, start with RAM - swap the strips, run without one, in different slots. The same with a video card, with a different video card, and so on.

We find the speaker, we cling.
We listen to how it squeaks.
Google on another car or even on the phone.
You can also flip the cooler and start the computer by pressing your finger to the processor for a few seconds. If the finger feels warm, then at least the percent starts.
