Is it possible to install ordinary Linux on a set-top box from Rostelecom television?

There is an extra prefix that is unnecessary of this kind, lying around idle, I wanted to adapt it for any task, the question is whether it is possible to put some normal linux assembly on it to dig into it?

Theoretically, it is possible, but with the loss of direct functionality.
In fact, I saw a lot of discussions on this prefix, but I didn’t see anything that would end with something.
