Why does the speed cut, but not on all torrents?
All of a sudden, around December 1st, the speed of torrents dropped dramatically.
And not all, but only those where there are few seeds. That is, let's say, a fresh hype movie downloads at the maximum, and not too well-known ones - a maximum of 100-120 Kb / s. At the same time, these "dead" downloads take away each other's speed.
It is unlikely that this is a router - at first there was a normal TP link, when this problem began - it was changed to Ziksel, the same story.
This is on all computers through a router. If you connect via VPN - the same story.
High speed torrents - not via local retorrent, other IPs.
Is it the fault of the provider and what can be done?

The provider usually does not cut silently torrent traffic. This is either spelled out in the contract (for example, one St. Petersburg provider has a cheaper rate of 100Mbps with blocked p2p, and a 100Mbps rate is more expensive and with torrents), or tracker URLs are blocked in accordance with the requirement of the RKN.
1. In the torrent client, check the list of trackers to which of them you managed to connect.
2. Check if DHT is enabled (if DHT status is disabled, then you can search the network for a patched mu-torrent bypassing this blocking)
3. Port availability. It is best to open it manually on the router if the IP is white.
You can send me a distribution with a low speed, I will check it myself.
