Why does the speaker stop working when changing the hard drive?

Hello, for work I changed disks and disconnected my main ones. Took out sata and power cable. Plugged in hard drive. I noticed that the speaker stops working when a new disk is connected, why? If you change back to the main drives and unplug the drive to work, the speaker works again. And I don't see any obvious problems. Everything works with a bang.

The wire connection is mixed up, check with the manual for the motherboard.
