Why does the site take a long time to open (Azure WebSites + VM MySQL)?

Good afternoon!
I created a site on Azure WebSites. Since Azure WebSites does not offer MySQL (+phpMyAdmin) for free, I also created a Virtual Machine with MySQL Server. Connected!
But there is a problem that the site takes a very long time to open.
VM parameters:
(Standard_A2)
2 cores
3.5 GB memory

Проблема в том что хостинг и База Данных в разных зонах. После настройке все работает прекрасно.
Loading time: 1.98 second
