I had a black screen and could not solve the problem in any way except for restoring without losing files but with removing programs. I had Tampermonkey with many manually written scripts, tell me if it is possible to restore them with the old C drive folder?

Vanookay The process reading from the docker-entrypoint-initdb.d directory runs as the mysql user, and if the connected directory (./mysql) has rights that do not allow reading for the rest, then, logically, the files are not read. There is nothing in the logs, because for the mysql user this directory is simply empty.
In general, the recipe is simple, before throwing a directory into a container, do a chmod o + rX on it.
