It is necessary to have an FTP user who will pour sites into his daddy and they will not "fordybait". That is, the file is uploaded by a certain vasya, and it is opened and executed by nginx, which runs from www-data. Yes, I googled and searched. I copied the commands from the stack and it seems to work until php starts opening or writing files, which is also from www-data. As a result, I did not find the ideal "magic wand" or, perhaps, chose the wrong approach from the very beginning.
In order to clarify right away - I have a bare vds server . Perhaps it will be useful to someone who googles.

уникальный индекс на url и INSERT INGORE(не будет выкидывать эксепшнов и ошибок при попытке вставить дубликат), просто и быстро.
зачем вам там автоинкрементный айди нужен?
