Why does the site slow down in Chrome?

Hello. Can you please tell me why such sites can slow down in Chrome (latest version)?

For starters, just take a look at the task manager.
Check if hardware acceleration is enabled in the player.
Maybe there is not enough RAM / CPU - I do not observe any brakes.

maybe you have a flash in another window - usually it hangs everything
