What is blocking images?

On tumblr and resources with a lot of photos in Chrome, something blocks some of the images, they do not load.
Reinstalling the browser, cleaning the registry, cookies and cache, resetting the browser settings, turning off extensions in it and the anti-virus application on the PC to no avail. Internet connection is ok.
Other browsers are not affected.

Disabling both has no effect.
