Google Chrome remembers which files were saved. How to turn it off?

I save the file in Google Chrome from the site. .doc format (it doesn't matter). The file weighs little ~ 100kb.
I open - I look at the information.
After some time, the file on the site changes. I download again, it naturally downloads with the name (1), I open it - the information is old.
I download the same file on 2 other computers - the information is new.
What settings in chrome to turn off so that he does not remember the files that he downloaded?

It checks the downloads directory. If the file already exists, it adds a number to it.
Delete files.
