Why does the "save as" window appear when saving material in Joomla?

When saving material in the Joomla admin panel, for some reason, the "save as" window pops up and offers to save a file called index.gz. What could it be and where did it come from? no plugins were installed other than JCE editor and hypercomments. It appeared suddenly and it is not clear why. How can this be overcome?

kick the admin and the settings server, maybe they put something "optimizing" that it compresses in gz

reinstall joomla

It was in the editor module, the problem was solved by removing it.
