Where did the My-apps constructor go???

I went to the site my-apps.com, but there is no designer on it and the domain is not paid.
Maybe someone bought it? Who has intel about this?
PS I wanted to try to create an application on it, or advise another constructor (inexpensive). Now I use Apps Globus
