Are there any CMS for online stores with a ready REST API?

In general, the essence of the question is in the title.
Why am I asking?
I want to make a small catalog / online store project in the React / Redux bundle, but I just have a problem in getting any data.
I'm a front-end developer, that's why I'm looking at some ready-made cms, since I don't have any experience in editing, let alone writing my own API.
Ideally, I would like to use cms as 'headless cms', that is, to be able to add a product / category / brand, change general settings, etc., and 'view' control React'om.
I googled this thread and couldn't find anything specific.
Does anyone have experience with this kind of integration or does my idea make no sense?

Only reactioncommerce is ideal for you, look on github, there are more stars than magento and it is written in react
