Why does the robot see non-existent pages with ?page=13?
There is a similar question here, but my situation is different. pages like /blog/texnologiya-karkas.html?page=13 never existed, i.e. because pagination appears after 80 results, there are fewer of them, and secondly, the real address would be different:
/blog?page=13
What could be the reason for this and how to prevent Yandex (Google doesn’t seem to have such a problem) to ignore all requests containing the order "? " ?

- I didn't develop the site, and it went because of such links, i.e. it is clear why the robot thought that the pages exist.
Why do you think the previous developer added these links to the head, despite the fact that at the beginning the site worked very well in terms of SEO, and now the problem described above?

In general, it was not necessary to connect pagination, a stupid oversight at the development stage
