Why does the printer not print via WIFI?

Good afternoon!
Give some ideas, please, what could be the problem and how to solve it?
There is a network in which the server, the printer and some PCs. Server and printer are connected via ethernet, PC via Wifi. From the server the press goes, and from the PC - is not present. What could be the problem?

Printing is just a connection to port 9100.
Check for connectivity, the isolation mode may be enabled in the router (when it does not allow clients to exchange with each other) and it only releases to the Internet.

See how the printer is connected to the PC. Added locally or hosted on a server. Try replacing the drivers with Easy Print

Connecting to the printer directly from the PC - or is it shared from the server?
Check the isolation of clients in wifi ... there are such functions.
Check the addressing of the server, printer and PC - is it the same?

Check if network discovery is enabled in Network and Sharing Center.
"My Computer / Network" - is the printer visible there
