How does WiFi depend on the disk?
Good afternoon. The problem is driving me crazy. I install one OS - Wi-Fi works. Both in the system and if I boot from a USB flash drive. I install another - Wi-Fi does not work. And thus even in Live systems. And at the same time, if I format the disk from a live system when wifi is working, it does not disappear, and if it is not working, it does not appear.
OS which I put:
1. CloudReady - Wi-Fi works.
2. Chrome OS via Brunch - Wifi not working.
The OS through which I install Chrome OS is Linux Mint Cinnamon.
Laptop:
Acer Aspire 10 (SW5-014)
It doesn't fit in my head that Wi-Fi and the disk are interconnected, because all live os drivers carry in themselves, which means the problem is not in them.

In general, the problem was solved. I had to install Brunch as a second system to Linux Mint. That's the only way Wi-Fi worked.
And what about the disk?
You have wifi working in one OS, not in another. The logical conclusion is that in the second OS there is no support for your wifi adapter.
