Why does the portable version of the browser not save installed applications and authorization data?

A portable build of the browser was required.
Browsers used Chrome and Iron. I install applications (Proxy SwitchyOmega, Cookies, etc.) on one machine on a clean portable, transfer them to another machine, there are no applications.
The same goes for authorization.
How to fix it (win)?
