Is it possible to use Web Push Notification without Firebase?

Hello. I read several articles about how to implement Web Push Notificanion . But almost all the examples say that you need to use Google Firebase and send messages via https://android.googleapis.com/gcm/send
Is it possible to get by with just your own server? Thank you.

Нет. Гугл хром и основанные на нем браузеры держат коннект с firebase.
У FF свой сервис.
