Grafon bug crashes in Chrome, is there an explanation?

I made up the page now, clicked on the "order a call" button, closed the form, and then half of the page design fell off. I thought that the styles had changed, or somewhere the script hooked another block. But it seems not. You move the mouse with a selection around the screen - something starts to change. Mozilla is fine. Plugins disabled, tried in incognito mode - one crap.
About chrome:
Version 57.0.2987.110 (Official build), (64 bit)
Is it just me or does everyone have such crap from time to time? Does anyone have an explanation?

Can you clear the browser cache, on mac on chrome, safari everything is fine.

On the working computer, the same bug took off.
nothing strange happens in 56.x
