Why does the PC freeze tightly?

Good afternoon, I need advice from smart people.

PC specifications

SSD from WD BLUE
Processor XEON E3 1270
Video card ASUS GTX 1060 6GB
Mother Gigabyte GA-Z68P-DS3 rev 2.0
RAM works for 2-3 years already 12 GB with three DDR3 1600 dies from HyperX
PSU 800W Thermaltake 80+ gold
BIOS FE. last

The situation is this. The computer worked on the seven for 1.5 years without any complaints. Then it became necessary to install win 10. After installing windows, the computer periodically freezes tightly, mainly in games. That is, everything freezes - sound, picture, mouse and keyboard do not respond. Only the RESET button on the system unit helps. Googled this issue. I changed everything already:
- I reinstalled Windows (First I installed the last firmware, then LTSC, now a stable build of 1909) from different flash drives.
- I installed the driver with the SDI pack driver and installed only the official ones from the site.
- I also edited the power supply scheme as advised
- I checked the SSD for errors, SMART shows that everything is ok.
- ran Dr.Web CUREIT for viruses
- Checked the integrity of Windows files through CMD
Nothing helps. What else could be the problem? The event log shows only error 6008 and that's it.

@Air_O

By the method of tests and replacement of each piece of iron, I found out that this is a motherboard. Thanks to all.

Run GPU and CPU stress tests.

@Igorgro

I had this because of the built-in network card. Try turning it off.
