Is there any software that allows you to intercept deletion with a shift and prevent it?

Good day.
I am looking for a software that, being installed (and visible only in processes, as an option - a service) will intercept any Shift + Delete, and, despite the fact that the user will see the progress bar and think that everything has been deleted, in fact nothing should be deleted . The files must be hidden, and it will be possible to restore them only through this software. Ideally, the disk space would also change during such "deletions" (although in fact it would remain the same).
Is there such a thing in the world?
Thanks in advance.

Haven't heard of this. Unlikely.

The described functionality is available in Windows out of the box.
It's called shadow copy .
