Why does the new macbook 13 2020 lag in the final cut?

Good afternoon, I bought a macbook pro 13 2020 16gb 512gb for 174,000 rubles. For some reason, with weak editing in the final cut, it lags, I just speed up the video gap in x8 and the preview lags, even with the best performance mode. I don't think this macbook is that weak. Maybe the problem is in the update, can it be rolled back?

Before that, the installation was flying on Windows Ryzen7, I switched to poppy because I like OC, and then there are such lags. Maybe someone had a similar problem?

The problem turned out to be in some software that I installed. Since going under another user final cut and premiere pro flew. I do not know exactly what software caused this problem. Thanks for the feedback)

Mobile processors and mobile video cards are still poorly suited for video rendering. Constantly overheating in the process and sometimes throttling reducing the frequency of the processor.
For 174k it is better to take Ryzen + nvidia for mounting. If you take starting from ryzen 9 3900x and RTX 2070, then 4k should not lag. This year the 3080 comes out - it will be one and a half times more powerful than the 2080, just right for editing 4k-8k video.
