I want 16gb ram + 256gb ssd.

Of course, PRO, it makes no sense to even discuss. At least the cheapest 13ku with i5 1.4, but if possible, be sure to increase the RAM to 16 GB.

Air is shit. Not worth your money.
Pro is the right tool.
Another thing is if you will develop on another device, and you only need Apple technology for a developer account, for publishing, then you can get by with Air.

Of course I recommend Pro. In fact, Air is a compact poppy for simple tasks (surfing, robot with text). Pro is a pretty powerful working tool.
If you need a portable typewriter for 60% of the cost of a Pro, then take the Air,
