Why does the MTP driver not get up?

win7u 32\64, everything worked fine, but one day, for no apparent reason, I get a failure on any device, from simple nokia to the latest smartphones, cameras. flash drives work, card readers too.
what I did:
1. installed the latest windows player
2. disabled driver signature verification at startup
3. shamanized in the registry with the UpperFilters entry, added or deleted everything
4. downloaded zero drivers
! there is no result .. at least rearrange the Windows, by God ..
maybe someone won this hemorrhoid, share the info.
