Why does the mouse turn off when booting Ubuntu?

When booting Ubuntu, the mouse intermittently turns off.
Those. When you turn it on, everything is fine - the light lights up, the mouse works. The hornbeam loading field starts loading Ubuntu - the mouse turns off.
Sometimes a physical port change helps, but rarely. Basically - only reboot.
Connecting the power cable does not change anything.
The mouse with another computer works fine.
I tried another mouse - A4Tech OP-530NU - it shines, but does not heat up but does not work
, there is an assumption that it supplies low voltage, but I don’t know how

I don’t know if it’s your case, but it happened that the indicator disappeared during loading (I didn’t find out why)
the command helped

gsettings set org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.cursor active false
