Hello, the Bluetooth mouse turns off from time to time, while there are no sounds that the usb signal is turned off, there is nothing, the mouse is always defined in the device manager, I tried to remove the mouse from the device manager, checked the power supply of both the mouse itself and the usb ports, during normal time spent on the Internet, it turns off not so often, maybe 1-2 times a day, but when you go into some games it turns off much more often during the game period 5-10 times, you can’t update the mouse drivers

As far as I understand, you are not a bluetooth mouse at all. Bluetoth doesn't need a USB dongle.
But your problem is most likely related to dead batteries or an old battery. Buy fresh alkaline batteries and check: blackouts should disappear.

This happens with some inexpensive mice, you can put up with it, or buy another mouse.
