Why does the monitor turn off when the refrigerator is running?

Hello!
I'm very worried about my computer.
The problem is this: everyone knows that when the refrigerator is working, it turns off and on at a certain frequency. So, when the cooling elements are turned on, the relay clicks (everyone probably heard it) and the monitor goes out for a split second.
The computer does not turn off (mac mini), but the monitor blinks, this despite the fact that they are both connected to an uninterruptible power supply. I suspect there is some kind of jump going on. How to avoid this, or at least tell the electrician whom I have already called where to think.
Thank you!

There are several options.
1. Faulty refrigerator. When turned on, it eats a lot and squanders the network. In this case, the voltage drops throughout the apartment. Light bulbs may flicker.
2. Faulty wiring in the apartment. Somewhere there is an extra resistance, which also puts the whole network on the hook.
3. Faulty uninterruptible power supply. Does not work out a surge on the network when the refrigerator is turned on.

The same bullshit. I have an HDMI and VGA connection. I use via HDMI - 2 meters. The cable is not shielded (I think to buy a shielded cable 1 meter long). Tried with filters and without filters. With filters less often turns off.
When I connect via a VGA cable, the monitor does not go out (more precisely, the video signal does not disappear). I tried the following options:
1. I extended the copper wire from the shield - one to the refrigerator, and the second to the computer. Each wire on the shield was put by electricians on the machine, and all the machines on (I don’t know what the device is called, also like a knife switch) on a common one with a microprocessor. Did not help!
2. I connected a voltage stabilizer to both the monitor and the computer system unit (hereinafter referred to as the system unit), and to the monitor with the system unit. Did not help!
3. Connected through an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) both a computer and a monitor (separately and together). Did not help!
4. I connected the refrigerator through an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) and a refrigerator voltage regulator. Did not help!
5. Called electricians, checked sockets, shield. They made measurements. They said it's all right. Those. calling an electrician to no avail. Did not help!
6. Took the monitor to the service (I have a Samsung 23'' LED, model LS23C350H is still under warranty, the maximum power is 30 W). An error has been detected in the power supply (I have it external). Replaced the power supply with a new, tested, without errors. Did not help!
7. Connected through various network filters and a specialized Pilot bit zis.ru/setevoy-filtr/pilot-bit/features . Did not help!
8. Connected via HDMI - cable (2 meters) without ferrite filters. Did not help!
9. Connected via HDMI - cable (2 meters) with ferrite filters. Did not help!
10. Wrapped the HDMI cable with food foil. Did not help!
11. Moved the computer away from the refrigerator. Did not help!
12. Called the master of refrigerators. He checked everything. Says the fridge is fine. Did not help!
Electricity supply to the apartment 5 kw.
I connected another monitor, but there is not an HDMI cable, but a DVI cable. The video signal stopped disappearing for 0.5-1 second (the monitor does not turn off).
Further, the question arose on the controller of the video card and monitor, which is connected to the HDMI socket.
Connected TV via HDMI cable. When you turn on the refrigerator, the video signal does not disappear.
So it's not the video card.
I contacted the service again, they say, replacing the monitor's power supply did not solve the problem. The master tells me that he does not find any problems, they say, they do not disassemble and do not solder on the spot, because for all faults change blockwise, but there is no visible fault, but to create (it cannot imitate similar conditions). He suggested contacting Samsung (a couple of days before that, I had already contacted them, talked about this problem), they suggested that I contact the service. I did so, but (description above) did not help.
I turned to Samsung again, explained what was happening, that I tried to connect another monitor, everything works.
In response, they promised to solve the problem and within one or two days they should contact me from the customer service. Let's wait.
Further, after a couple of weeks of negotiations with Samsung (I sent them a video of the monitor's operation captured by a smartphone). We decided to replace the motherboard in the monitor. I took it to the service, they replaced it, but the problem remained. Further, Samsung forced my service "Bel-Service" to test the monitor with the participation of some kind of refrigerator. The service checked and my words were confirmed, i.e. the monitor image disappears when the refrigerator is turned on and even when the relay is switched.
Approximately a week later, Samsung decided that the monitor was faulty and they returned the money to me (I wanted to replace it, but there were no such monitors for a similar price, because due to the dollar exchange rate, which has grown significantly, all imports have risen in price). As a result, I bought an ACER 23 "with an IPS matrix for 8500 rubles (in fact, to the previous cost, the money of which was returned to me, I added 2000 rubles and bought a monitor that has a DVI input and a 3-year warranty. The image quality is even better than old Samsung monitor with TN matrix. The main thing is that now the image does not disappear when the refrigerator is turned on.
In general, if you have a similar problem with the monitor, then feel free to indicate to the service all the actions I have described + record the video of turning off the monitor and immediately bring all this information to the service and along the way to the manufacturer of your monitor (to speed up the process of returning money or exchanging the monitor) .
Good luck to all!

Hello everyone, in general, the same problem is a new building, a new refrigerator, what’s the matter, I can’t say for sure not an electrician, the solution to the problem in the next is to turn off the grounding in the outlet and everything will go away, in the outlet to which the TV is connected !!! Previously, he lived in Khrushchev, so there is no grounding throughout the apartment. The TV has been working for 5 years and to this day, so I don’t see anything wrong with that, good luck to everyone!

I am sure that the problem is in the refrigerator itself, I think in the control panel, it seems that it needs to be changed. But in any case, you need to call the master. I can advise good guys https://www.eskimoscow.ru/remont-holodilnikov/ repair quickly and efficiently.
