Why does the monitor turn off when I open a page?

Only the Opencart admin panel, namely version 2.3. If I transfer the open tab of the Opencart 2.3 admin panel in Chrome to an additional monitor (I have a laptop), then the monitor turns off. I drag it back - the monitor turns on.

Did you try to connect another monitor and do the same? to understand whether it is software or technical.
