Why does the monitor not turn on the first time?

The monitor does not turn on the first time, after several restarts it turns on. All hardware is new. Before that, I thought that the problem was in the PSU, but today I bought a new PSU and the problem remained. The monitor is not new, but works fine with another system unit. What could be the problem?

Why do you think that this monitor does not turn on, but for example, not the computer itself or just the video card is junk?
If you are sure that the monitor does not turn on, then what about the power supply?

Modern monitors do not turn off by themselves. You need to turn off the power.
After turning on the computer, the monitor wakes up. The picture "Exit ..." Then it searches for the signal source, if automatic search is enabled, it is enabled by default, and the icon of the selected port appears.
That is, you need to enable automatic source search or select it manually.
