A modern computer PSU stabilizes voltage incommensurably better than any stabilizer. So a stabilizer for a PC is absolutely useless, and in some cases even harmful.
Briefly speaking. If the voltage stabilizer fails, then two options are possible:
1. The computer will not turn on at all.
2. The computer will work as it did, and maybe even better.
Threat All this, provided that you have a high-quality PSU installed in your PC. Otherwise, no stabilizers will save you.
ZY ZY Do not confuse "voltage stabilizer" and "emergency power supply". If you often lose power, then a UPS will not hurt

Stabilizers very rarely break, but computers often die from power surges.
