This is the MSI laptop disassembly service manual

What do warnings like
Attention: the driver screw torque is 1.8-2.2Kgf-cm
These are the recommended screw torques during assembly? If so, how can they be measured in practice?

That's it. Buy or rent a torque screwdriver or wrench :D.
Maybe some kind of "kitchen" steelyard.
But in general, no one * (99.99%) bothers with this, they twist "not to stupidity" and that's it.
*None of the repairmen. Even in authorized and "native" service centers, even more so in ordinary workshops, I saw a torque screwdriver only once in my life, and it was "broken" (dropped).
