Why does the mobile chrome script start working only after the address bar is hidden?

The screenshots show everything in detail: as soon as the panel with the address bar is hidden, the text and the site's navbar are rebuilt. How to solve it? In Firefox for android, this was not observed.

The point is the size of the viewport, when the navbar is hidden, the size of the viewport changes. If you are using bootstrap, then look at what viewport width the page adjusts as you need and change this value for a smaller viewport width.
