Why does the Linux x:0 x:1 tty console not understand commands correctly?

Ubuntu 14.04 Live DVD is launched, some commands are entered, and the input is shown, Enter is pressed, the command is displayed distorted, some of the beeches are cut out, some are swapped. For example, sudo is replaced by rsudo, ping is replaced by ink , and the like. sudo reboot worked properly, then the same song went on.
