There are two Emulex MSIP-REM-EMU-P009956 server network cards. When this card is installed on a server, either the cross is immediately lit, or the link falls off after a while, while the LEDs on the card itself show that it is working. Tried on win2k8r2 and win2k12 each of the cards, the problem is the same. The link rises only if you plug the patchcord with both ends into both outputs of the network card itself. Surrealism of pure water. If you reconnect after normal, then it works for a while, the link rises, but then it still falls off. What can be wrong? Really fix?

You have a 10G card and a 1G switch. Not all cards/switches can work in such bundles. I join the speaker above - try to force the speed of 1G on the map, and take the patch cord of the 6th category. If it doesn't take off, then it's not destiny, it won't work.
